Joomla is the best to use. Stay away from wordpress for a website like this as many of their plugins that say they work for booking etc are hard to get placed on the website right to make it look professional even with a lot of custom CSS coding.
I myself is a Joomla Developer since 3 yrs.. And Joomla doesnt meet the needs for a Restaurant.. Its good for Hotel Booking management.. Well,i was looking for some standalone CMS for it.
