What is the best resource for up to date information on what Google values SEO-wise?

    I'm not looking for a complete walkthrough guide on SEO or any type of specific strategies. I'm just wondering if there is somewhere that someone has come up with a list of what Google values, is expected to value, and how much it values these things. I remember seeing something like this awhile back. It was a fairly in depth list/rating system. Does anyone know of a resource like this?
