What is the best Proxy script?

    Hi, I need help choosing a proxy script. I tried searching with Google but it comes up with so many scripts I don't know what to choose.

    Musts:
    -Hotmail must be accessible
    -Gmail
    -Free script

    Other:
    -fast
    -low on bandwidth
    -Easy install/customize

    Glype meets all those requirements. So does CGIProxy but that takes up more resources.
