What is the Best Programming language?

Yeah. It really depends on what you want to do.

 

C# all the way! I'll also mention VB is the worst : )

C# without any doubts.

 

C language is one of the best programing language. It is the basic language that all programmer first learn for improving their logical skill.

Also it is one which can introduce all the basic fundamentals regarding the programming.

 

WRONG! I have never learned C, and I have been programming for over 30 years. The current program I am working on (not in C) is over 100,000 lines long. Most DPers can't count that high - They run out of fingers first.

 

VB.NET is not so bad. Okay, I agree, it has ugly syntax, but VB has several features that C# hasn't. Yes. it's true. I saw whole article devoted to the benefits of VB vs. C#. I post it's url if I find it again.

I recently started learning java(just 1 month ago) and I can say that this language is totaly crazy!
- It's easyer than php(I have never made a php script) and always at my oppinion its totaly safe to work with.
The only problem is that,if you want to run it you will need a great server,but it's ok + a thing I have discovered - you use the same codes everywhere - on net applications,mobile applications and desktop applications.

I mean that php is confusing when you are making somthing BIG - that's the main reason I've never used it.It's becoming like a puzzle when you have 200 files and have to connect them,by calling them 1 by 1 and connection 1 with 100 etc... that's it.

 

You gotta love the PHP/Mysql Combo.

 

According to me, very easy and best programming language is Hypertext Markup Language that is easy to understand web browsing in web server Programing.

 

Acccording to me, the very bestest programming language is CSS which is easy to web server programming.
