    Each program, I believe, has a vast number of reach in terms of audiences... It would be best to categorize them according to how they serve ads and choose which ones are performing best in the category.

    I welcome you to give Adlisher.com a go. We pay via paypal, and give the publisher / advertiser greater control over their advertising. Publishers can custimize using css how their ads are displayed.
