what is the best program to create professional logos ?

    Yep, just use Adobe's products.
    What I use is Firework, sometimes also use Photoshop, but Illustrator will be more popular.

    You must learn html and css to make a website or use a cms.You can also use a free html/css template and change what you want.If you want a dinamic website (like a forum) you should learn php or another language witch support databases.
    For start I recommend html and css.Is simple :

    <head>
    //Here title, description etc..//
    </head>
    <body>

    actually,I want to improve a signup page and add more variables like"telephone number", "security question" ..etc
    I see those fields having nice templates in some sites so those can be done by adobe illustrator too ?

    you will need to add form elements like 'telephone number' using html. To change the appearance you need to edit .css file. Just google 'how to style html forms with css' or something similar. good luck!

    ok but if i have some variables like "username" ..etc in the signup page and those are in a php file so is it possible to add more elements using.html and then copy codes and add them to the .php file ?!
