I am wondering basically if anyone knows of a software free or paid to create a flash animation like the one on the website below. http://osc.template-help.com/wt_23378/index.html The three pictures with clickable links below them is what I want to be able to make. (not exactly but like it) Thank you in advance.
swish will make those animation theres much more programs that do flash animations (predifined, that is) but swish will make that exact anim in fact, i have a feeling them anims where made in swish
There is, its called adobe flash CS4 professional, i don't think there's any alternatives worth using. You may also want to check out http://www.openscreenproject.org/ which among other things, aims to release the specification, and remove licensing restrictions.
