go to search engines and search for something, think if it has millions of competitors, now go to google trends and search that keywords if it has high graphs that's it. no tools needed.. i am telling high density low competition.. more searches more traffic but less competition..

you have 70 char limit in meta title space so you add one low competitive keyword , one high competitive keyword with in 70 char then you will get good visits to your site ..
