My customers will see a welcome page before going to the sales page. What is the best way I can encourage sales before they see the offer. Maybe reviews or something like that. What works best for you?

Write about the problem that your product will solve for them. Get them thinking "man, that's such a problem. If only there was some way to fix it."

At which point they see your product :D

You should list the benefits of the product and service and what sets it apart from all others. It is essential that you do not press them into buying the goods. Work it out in such a way that the readers naturally think that it is a good thing to have the service or product. Make extensive use of font formating, color and paragraphs.

For a tech product, you need short, technically explicit phrases but for a social service or a new item on the market you need a more lengthy and rhetoric approach.

Avoid using long affiliate urls. Use tiny url if it is a long one or you an mask it in html.
