    ---------------

how can i create a title page for each pages of my website?

    ---------------

can i rank a site even if i dont put the keyword on the title, and just put it in the content and on the meta tags and the meta description?

Meta tags description is pretty usefull. You should not neglect your page title. It also will help alot.

Im not sure I understand this question. Title are usually created using <title>Your Title</title> in the <head> tag.

    Here is a short example:

Quality title tags should contain your keywords and also attract a user to click on your page in search results.
It is possible to rank without keywors in title, but why neglect them? They still have weight for SEs.

Meta Tags are often not thought about very highly to the average web person. I like to put a little time into mine when creating a site. There are lots of Meta Tag Generators if you are not sure how to create them.

I usually use this format for title tags.

website name | category | page name

    for example

MarketingPros | Search Engine Optimisation | Keyword Optimisation

that is how I do my title tags.

The three things you have mentioned here are the corner stones of onpage optimisation, you leave them aside, your seo score can be down by almost 80 %
