what is the best ppc,pay paypal,low minumum payout??

    Anything not contextual will work but the problem there is that a lot of competition and other companies are contextual based. Stick to one contextual advertising median and spread out thereafter. Go with the CPM & affiliate route next.

    That's where I've found to be most successful.
