There is no best Adwords ebook, because each of the ebook contains something interesting that another one doesn't have, which makes it unique. I can list many ebooks here, such as Beating Adwords, Adwords Miracle, Google Cash, but if you are new to Adwords, then I wouldn't suggest to buy ebooks. First learn Adwords in the Help Center. Try to do something yourself, only then move on to ebooks.
