What is the best PPC and PPL sites

Hi, I am new here so sorry for my mistakes
I have a few web pages, I would like to put some PPC systems, not adsense.
What do you recomment that pays seriously and has at least 0.05dollars/euros per legit click?
I have around 800 UV daily.

and please my second Q is : I would like to add to my pages refferal link/links (I dont know how its allowed...) that pays for free signing up at some pages. It can be in any niche, my costumers are very strange, they are all from 1 city and its neigbourhood in one state in central Europe. Its a bigger city. And I have aprox. 800 UV daily (its just aprox.) They like a lot of gadgets, surveys, free gifts and of course I wont lie... porn
So would you please if its allowed here post me some good reliable sites what pays serious money per free sign up of my clients ? (My clients/visitors are poor, so they are interested into joining such sites but they dont have money for the product... I hope you understand me) So I need some PPL or CPA? (I hope I wrote it correctly, I mean CPA like the action that my visitors will fill our free registrations and free survey forms and so on) so they will sign in and make an free registration and I will earn 0.5e-1e or less or more... for they registration. And its not dependent of their further actions. So that they wont ban me that i have just free members and my paid to free sign ups ratio is boring. I cannot guarantee that they will pay, cos they are earning at their job aprox. 300e per month.
