What is the best popup pluggin?

    I think this is the best place for this.. If not please let me know I will take down and repost if not.

    What is the best popup pluggin to use for Wordpress that asks views to share the page to continue viewing or wait like ten seconds or like to continue viewing/ reading ? :)

    Use some plugin that does that?
    For sure many visitors will move on to another blog that does not make it hard for a reader to stick around.
