What is the best popup ad network

I am wondering what the best ad network would be for popups. Please post your rates that you are getting for USA traffic. Is anyone getting good results on edomz.com? do you recommend anyone else? Let me know the rates. Thanks

 

Here my full experience

PlugRush popunder average 1.8 to 2.2$ CPM for US traffic
Edomz getting 0.1 to 0.6$ CPM for US traffic, I heard that Edomz may pay more for none-adult traffic
JuicyAds around 1.8$ for US, they pay more UK and DE upto 2.8$
Ero-Advertising 0.7 - 1.2 Euro, they pay higher for NL traffic upto 3 Euro
xxxwebtraffic 2 - 2.4$ for US traffic but low fill rate

I suggest PlugRush and i'm saying that after trying all adult networks, PlugRush pays for all countries and they have better Fill Rate than other networks, while JuicyAds have less fill rate, so my recommendation is PlugRush

 

Maybe I should have clarified I am only looking for non adult ad networks for popups.

 

If you need mainstream ads then I recommend you Poponclick. There are always ads for US traffic. Rate depend from many details. You need to check it first to get your own opinion.

Haven't tried edomz yet, but you should check out Adsgadget. Its a self-serve ad platform with very good rates and a lot of pop-up options. In fact, these are one of the main types of banners they provide. They don't work with adult content; they require no minimum payout or traffic volume to start and work great with USA traffic.
