What is the best place to place image ads? ***

    I have a few products/services with great banners. What company is the best to post these on? I tried Adbrite, but not a very good ROI. I am looking for a service with low CPM or CPC advertising. Anyone have any luck with any company? I have heard of people putting in $5 for CPM ads and getting a return of $70 for a CPA offer (it was $1.10/lead).
