Google is really good if you are considering maximum exposure of your website. Yet you can choose the time when you want to display your ads. I think this might make the payout less from your pocket.
I love Google Adwords functionality, the level of adjustments, the variety of options, etc. I just can't afford such terribly hight bids. $1.5- $4 (in my case). Other places that offer low bids, have bad traffic that doesn't convert at all.
