What is the best place for marketing to promote digital services?

We are providing digital services, like web design, web development, email marketing, banner ads design, etc. Our local market is not good for marketing for this kind of business. We are planning to do marketing and advertisement in some of popular website to promote our service and get some project.

Could you please help us by sharing your marking tips and some of website name from where we should buy ads and get project? We don’t have much money so we are not able to buy ads from most popular website.

You should keep an eye for some fast developing websites. For example there was a new website, which was sponsoring a championship of a popular online game "Hearthstone", the ad on that new site is quite cheap, but people all over twich or youtube would definitely check it out. I don't remember the name of the site though

 

I would start on all the freelance sites likes Freelancer, Elance and even Fiverr and start out doing low paying jobs in hopes of getting return clients

like the Digital Point Marketplace, Warrior Forum, JV Zoo etc.
You just need to look for where likeminded people hang out
and offer them your services.
