What is the Best PHP programming company or person ?

    What do you think is the Top people that can do the job ?

    There are any number of people who can do the job. Head over the programming section in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum and look for programmers looking for work.

    You shouldn't really need a "best programmer/company" for such a website. The demand would be greatly on the server end - ensuring it can cope with the number of users accessing it. In terms of the design and the implmenetation it should not be all that difficult.

    Post in the BST forum, with the [WTB] prefix, and you can then decide who to hire; upon what they can offer..I'd suggest you check their reputation via iTrader and ask for their portfolio to check their quality of work, as theirs no 'best' within todays world as they'll always be competition amongst programmers.
