^^All Indian Payment Processors which accept Indian Debit Cards & Netbanking requires you to submit Documents & pay a Startup Fee.

There are many coupon code which you can apply to get rid of this $49. I did same and I pay nothing. Just search in Google.

Paypal is the best method, but due to limitation you can use alertpay

if I use 2checkout can I withdraw money to my bank as I did with PayPal? My account was limited on last Saturday, restored on Monday and again got limited on this Saturday. So foolish. On Monday, I received a mail from them saying my account is fully restored and they are satisfied with the info given by me. Please give more info about 2checkout. I am really worried.

i am from India and Paypal has been my choice for long time till last month. But for now my account got limited and hardly make it to recover from this. I am not going to bias PayPal for this .But corrupted Indian officials doing favor to credit card companies to use their service instead of PayPal transaction
For now 2checkout is the only trusted service available on this
