What is the best pay per download program?

I would recommend trying FileSummit. It's invite only because it's in private beta, and I would give you my referral link but I'm not allowed, so just go to FileSummit.com and use the invitation code HOWDY and that will let you in. But hurry because the admin is only doing a limited number of invites just to get some more users.

They're new, but the owner has coded the site himself from the ground up unlike a lot of the PPD sites out there which just re-use scripts with a different stylesheet.

 

I have seen sites which are the same as this. I guess they are using same script.

Sharecash is the most reputable one,You can also try Filechip.com.They also pay you per thousand downloads..

 

Sharecash is still the best,and the upload limit to 200MB is in your advantage.
Upload the 700MB movie into 4 parts,and see the the double income or even better.
