    I've used adword accelerator.

    Cost is about $38 per month. I think it works great. It has many features for creating and refining KW lists. You can use those KW to do research on volume and competitors right down to their actual ads. Can research placement campaigns, etc. One really cool feature allows tyou to immediately create many targeted campaign based on specific KW. Also, there is a tool to create ads instantly for many campaigns. Check it out:
