    Check out LinkLister, it's a PR4 UK directory with many PR2 and PR3 inside pages, and sitewides. It's currently being re-designed.

    Directories usually don't bring in a lot of traffic because many of them are only used so that webmasters can get backlinks to their websites and for them to raise their PR in the search engines. There's enough FREE directories out there where you don't need to pay anything to get good backlinks and some more traffic.
