Hey, Im thinking of making a website using PHP and other languages.... what would be the best type of website to make, to earn money. I have three main choices: 1. Another search engine 2. Another uploading site (like MU) 3. Another game like tribalwars Which one of those do you think would earn the most money but wouldn't take ages to develop? Thanks nut legend
Something that a million other people haven't already done, so that counts out upload / video sites. Search engine will have to add something that the other big players don't have so that may be a tough call as well. An online game would be cool, although it will be quite a task to put something together that will make money for you, or to keep the player hooked for long enough. Sounds like a downer I know but the hardest part of getting a successful website up and going is getting an idea that hasn't been done to death and is that little bit special to make people want to come and look. I would probably do the online game out of those but you'd have to make a realllly awesome one to make any money. Try like making a game for facebook, kind of like the scrabble app...

I would go for a browser based online game you will need a good idea of course but this is the best way to get something kinda unique
If you want money fast go for very niche topics with little competition. If you have more time go for a little more competative but expect it to take longer to see any earnings.
