    uberbots has a few decent ones but the owner is a ass so support doesnt get very far

    joomla with community builder is good if you can set it up right and have good marketing skills. And you'll need a dedicated server.

    oh maybe i misunderstood the OP, i thought he was looking for software?

    But yes if your looking to launch a myspace type place i have to say PHPfox from research and am doing htis myself soon
