What is the best mix for my ads?

I have recently helped a customer launch a new forum AJ Forum.co.uk as you can see, at the moment he has included a 160 x 600px and a 180 x 150px ad to the site. We do have the option of changing the 180 x 150 to a 160 x 600px but is it better to have a bit of a mix of ad sizes?

Just wandered what you would do? Also is it worth adding a banner to the top or would this be overkill? Thanks guys.

a new forum should be very careful on too many banners on page.. Go with least amount possible and make the ads on topic of forum.

You will in the future need to do a heatmap type of thing and see where people are clicking the most

Also... make sure the ads fit in the "design" of the page.

I would back off with many ads for the first 6 months, while you are google dancing every day.

You can take some experts advice regarding ads designing and its standard size.
