Howdy, Does any one knows what would be the best way to give Reciprocal links to other sites from our site ? If we give reciprocal links from one page our site is it get spammed by google or other search engines.( by keeping one dedicated page for reciprocal links ). I'm bit confused about this. Does any body can answer this ? Thanks in advance
Many sites create a dedicated page for reciprocal links but that does make it easier for search engines to identify reciprocal links. Ideally you want to have the links within content but that is not always feasible.
Link exchanges in general is something I would advice you to stay away from as this isn't liked by Google very much. Also, revium summed this up well ^

Some High PR directories are offering the free reciprocal links. I think is is the best way. But Google is not preferring the reciprocal links now. Better to go for the One way & Three way links.
I always stick into 3 way linking. 3 way linking is the best way of reciprocal linking. 2 way linking has lost all the powers it had in the past. So when you are going for link exchanges, go for 3 way linking.
You would think reciprocal linking would be good but search engines don't value it for ranking. Consider a link like a vote of popularity. If candidate A votes for candidate B and candidate B votes for candidate A then they have each given their vote to each other and cancel each other out.
