What is the best method to remove session ids from URL?

    Hi All, I have a website on Parallel Pleask Panel. URLs in the website displays with session ids. I want to know what is the best method to make them SEO friendly i.e. How to remove session ids from URLs. Website URL is: http://goo.gl/8piVA

    PS- Please reply with most effective methods.
