What is the best merchant account can be registered on personal details?

    I need to accept credit cards on my website for online services.
    What is the best payment processing systems?
    I like 2CO, but can I register it on my personal, not company details?
    I like PayPal services too, but I need to open a company I haven't done yet.

    Can anybody tell me please, can I open 2CO account, if I haven't got a company?
    Or recommend me another good payment processors?
