What is the best manual for learning Dreamweaver 8?

I just recently started working for a Foundation affiliated with a hospital, and their web site is horrible! My job is going to be learning how to manage the web site and hopefully redesign it. I have had virtually no experience with web design in the past, but Dreamweaver 8 was used to make it; I have the software, but no manual.

I have read different reviews on the different instructional manuals, but I would like some real-life input, please.

I am a visual person and over 50. Please help me!

The web site is www.samaritanhealthfoundation.org if you want to see what I am working with.

    Thanks!

    Oh god!
I did it without a manual....
I'd say mess with the software and you'll learn everything by yourself

lynda.com has very good video tutorials.

P.S. Why the whole site is in the down-right corner?
