What is the best "live support" option for my website?

    Hey everyone,

    I am creating a new oscommerce website here: www.americanshoesource.com

    And as u can see it is a little unbalanced as I only have 2 columns, and the middle section is gonna have products in it.

    So my thoughts are to throw a live support/ option to email that can scroll up and down with the side bar on the right.

    Any idea what would be the best free option for this?

    THE SCROLLING ON THE RIGHT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IM LOOKING FOR.

    I have it on the site now. Since the site isn't live yet, I am fiddling with it, but so far I am loving it! May even buy the full version :)

    livezilla is a good option with many features like geo tracking. and is customizable and more over its free.

    liveperson is good but it can get expensive if your in the uk or europe check out whoson, its made by i think... parkersoft, there good :D

    Well, it up on my site for a week now. Had some chats with clients through it and I must say that Livezilla is a gem! It is almost like being in your store and a customer walks in, so you can say "Are you being served?" :D

    I love it, so once again thanks for recommending it!
