one way link? reciprocal? triciprocal? Bit worried to be punished by search engines. Anyone have bright ideas?
Why would you buy a reciprocal or triciprocal link? In these types of link exchanges they are already getting 'paid' by your link back to them. And they can lead to penalties for all of the sites/URLs involved should you get cause. Such link exchanges are violations of Google's Webmaster Guidelines and could lead to YOUR URL(s) being penalized should you get caught . NEVER pay for anything other than one-way links. Paid one-way links are also a violation of Google's Webmaster Tools. But it is MUCH harder for Google to prove that it was YOU (and not your competitor) who bought the link and pointed it to your site. If Google discovers your paid link because of a spam report or through some other means (like a Google Quality Rater stumbling on to it during a standard review of your site) then they will penalize the seller... But it's not likely your URL will be penalized since it could have been a competitor who bought the link, pointed it to your site, and reported you to try to get you in trouble. You ARE penalized indirectly though, because you would continue to pay for the link which has been devalued to nothing (not counted as an inbound) and is passing you no benefit from a PR, relevance, or link text perspective. If you're going to buy links, ALWAYS buy one-way links. They provide the most benefit and the least amount of risk of penalty.
Theres a simple answer to your question here...... Just don't "Buy" links..... Acquiring them naturally and manually is the best practice for success! Good Luck
I agree. Pay for articles and them submit them. Use a submission service like ArticleMarketer.com or SubmitYourAritlce.com in order to take work out of submission. Some would say that you want to post your article to your own sites and have it bookmarked and indexed in google BEFORE submitting it to the article sites though. The idea is that the 3,000 copies of your article spread across the net are going to be tagged as dup content one way or another with the links being given little credibility. (lots of little credibility links are better than non though) If you first publish the article on your site you can then get the "fresh content bonus" before distributing out. Easiest way is to publish to your site and then bookmark with a tool like Bookmarking Demon...then ping you bookmarking profiles for fast indexing. Wait a day or two and verify that it's in google's index...then distribute the article out from there.
The best is to buy one way link only. Make sure that it is not indicated as paid or sponsored. In other words, it should be as natural as possible, in order to avoid punishment by Google.
Well, one-way links is the best kind of link, so you better focus on gathering tons of it! If you're going to buy some, go for one-way
one way links are always good, but no need to buy them, just spend sometime on net and create your links yourself.
