What is the best link exchange software?

I'm considering buying a link exchange software. Any suggestions about good ones? I prefer established ones that will work without bugs. If there are good free ones, that's even better, but I am willing to pay.

    Thanks.

Link Machine and I believe that's a dot net address, has worked for me. They have a free (branded) version of their software.

I bought a few licenses from them a while back and don't regret it. You pay once and back then I think it was lifetime upgrades.

They upgrade their software on a regular basis and you can automate the submissions process. (You do have to double check on people submitting out of category.)

It checks your back links and again the back link check is automated.

You can also have autolinks with other people who are on the Link Machine system...but since I paid for my copies ages ago, you'd do better to check out their site and see exactly what they're offering.

Since I hate paying money for anything, I must have been really impressed.

I forget whether they have an affiliate system...I have to double check and post that to my site if they do.

I highly recommend it. (I think I'll stop now, it's beginning to sound like a sales pitch.):p

I try to stand clear of any link exchange softwares, as I have had a bad experience in the past.

I'm curious, because except for having to clean up my first listed category all the time, and problems on my end when I went to Joomla, my experiences have been pretty good.

You can also set the software to ignore exchange requests below a certain page rank.

Google's actions regarding ranking and reciprocal links certainly set everyone back, but you can also set software so that the their listed link for you doesn't have to be from the same site that your link is on.

I'm shutting up now. Beginning to sound like an ad again.

I tried the free version of link machine before and didn't like it that much. If I recall correctly, it was very slow.

The thing is that I receive requests for link exchanges every day, so instead of having to add the links myself, I thought it would save time to have whoever is interested add the link themselves, etc.

Please keep the discussion going, this is very helpful.
