    For promoting blogs you can either use blog comments as well as social media promotion. The latter being a new and completely white hat technique to build juicy links.

    For blogs, you can try to submit your new blog post to dofollow social bookmark sites.

    Next, you can comment on dofollow blogs to get dofollow backlink. You can use dofollow search engine to find dofollow blog posts that is relevant to your contents easily.
