What is the best keywords to use?

Hi..I've been using this keyword buy meds online for a week and it has result to SERP, but when i change that to buy medication online, i can't find it anymore.
What is the best thing to used? Buy Meds Or Buy medication? thanks and hopine to all your response..

buy medication maybe is the best keyword for me its simply and most people using this word

 

For me buy medication too, because the visitor in the search engine will type the whole word.

 

I do agree with Kaori and nalds20. Buy medication would be the best keyword for your site. However, if buy meds online brings you more traffic you can use that keyword over buy medication online. Barbiegirl, It would be best if you would be able review on the competition before you select a keyword for your site/page.

Dont choose those keywords which wil pay more..always choose those keywords which drive more traffic....
At first i used to get 20$ for 1000 visitors frm search engine..per day roughly 40 to 45 clicks..(low traffic &costly keywords)
Now i am getting 34 to 40$ for 6000 visitors.. 100 to 130 clicks...
