I am only using overture, but I don't think it is that great it is not that accurate and also no plurals. I once signed for wordtracker it was ok but i remember that was another free tool that i liked but i don't remember what it was...so let me know if you know any great tools

Your mileage may vary, but I think the newest version of A1 Keyword Research has some good keyword suggestion and keyword explosion tools (among other things). Of course the help does lack a little, something I will soon address :)

I have found this site wery useful: http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword

One of the besti is http://www.wordtracker.com/ but you need to pay for this service

There is another one: http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/, but I heard from some people that Overture results are not real?

    Always use Google trends: http://www.google.com/trends

    Also AdWords can help: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordTool

    Hello,
Could someone tell me how to extract the keywords out of these programs, for example Overture, to make a list of keyword without the number of searches?

    Thanks

A1 Keyword Research does that for you. You get:
    * Keywords returned by selected services (e.g. Overture) into a textbox.
    * All Analysis (from all services. Includes, when available, data about number of searches etc.) in a table/grid which you can export to CSV

Is there any free/less expensive provider who can return list of keywords/tags for a given text through webservice or url?

You mean, keyword tracker? I don't have Google API key, is there anyway I can use without the Google API key?

    TIA
