Can anyone suggest the best Keyword research tool, and at the same time give reason why you think so?

For keyword research I use Wordtracker to know how many times a term is searched then refer to Google Keywords Tool to get more idea of the term competition, keyword bid (Helps Adwords/Adsense publishers)

You have the ability to search by the first five options without naming a keyword or keyword phrase, so you can get the highest paying keywords...since they are mostly loan related, that does me no good.

A promising keyword is no good if the top page search results come back famous brand name manufacturer, Amazon, Sears and other competitors so strong that you'll never be able to be on the first page and a half of results.
