    Both techniques are equally important, but in both cases do follow link is important. In social bookmarking website will get massive traffic within some days, while in article submission it will take some time. While submitting the article we need to consider many points such as
    1. Content should not be duplicate or copied from other website
    2. submit article only do follow article sites.
    3.Syndicate that article.
    4. Submit article in most popular article site like ezine, go article etc.

    While in social bookmarking give importance to the accurate submission of the information about the website.
