I've done well on guru.com but their fee structure sucks. First, you have to pay 3 months fee. Then, technically, you get paid through escrow and they take a percent there too. Although you can usually work out payment on the side/under the table with the buyer, but then it doesnt help your ratings. Mark
Why everyone are so worried lately about this sites ? Time of that sites passing already. They worked in average 10 years and so their time of live.
hello friends , I have came across a new freelancing site ,eZdia, which just asks you to post your resume and you have employers seeking you for their projects. eZdia will let you earn the whole amount you get for your services which is different from other sites like getafreelancer.com, odesk.com etc Also there are no registration charges yet, no one can predict how long. So I think all freelancers should love to have a look at eZdia , a new generation freelancing site.
There are a lot of people praising getafreelancer.com. I personally do not like this company. The majority of projects posted on this site are posted by new members and 1 in 90 actually select a programmer for a job, most post and never respond to PMs or pick a winner. Scriptlance is pretty good the only downfall is they take a long time to process withdraws. On their sites FAQs it says it will take 3 days max, but for the last 8 months they have waited 6-9 days to send my payout. Also their customer support is not very good, they will take at least 36 hours to respond to your ticket and the answer is usually not helpful at all. Other then that you will find a lot more serious project providers then getafreelancer.
In my opinion, its getafreelancer. I have also written an article about all advantages about this site- read this if you are interested... What is the best freelance website
Please try this one jobs-per-hour.com maybe it have not much jobs at the moment but soon this will change ...
