    There are lots of crm software available in market but free CRM software has some limitation so please use license version so you get all feature .

    It's not free but I recommend highrise. It's fairly inexpensive.

    First thing is that what is your company required and then you can list out all the things and find your CRM software.
    One more option is u contact and CRM company and get customize CRM for you requirement.

    Companies use (or understand) CRM in different ways. If you do not need special features (at least you do not point it) you can use MS Outlook as contacts database and Excel for keeping business records. Well organized and structured files can substitute CRM system. At least you can start from Access. There are a lot of examples which you can use as components of your CRM systems.

    Describe what you really need and it will be much easier to give you good advice and share with own experience.
