What is the best email submit program for me?

I am trying to get started on a few small sites and get back into the game. I wanted to do some email submit programs.

Like for example an enter your email to receive a walmart gift card or somethign silly like that, that provides somewhere around $1 a submit.

If someone could help me out with who is best paying for this that would be great.

I'm pretty sure affiliate.com has a ton of email submit offers. You should be able to find some that pay about $1-$1.50 for each submit.
