    I want to send at least 500 to 1000 mails in bulk

    what is the best way to send emails.

    use RSS feeds, so chances of considered as a spam is rare.

    Check out SendBlaster. It will allow you to email multiple people at once (huge amounts). It is a paid software but its the best I can recommend. Check it out and you will happy with the service.
