What is the best CPM for small traffic

    At this case is better to increase traffic for start.

    u cant make money with this traffic but can try adsense or propellerads

    CPM rates can be fixed or can be different depending upon advertiser, your country, your website topic etc. CPM ads can make you good money if you are getting good traffic on your website.

    Hi, you have very low page views. I will not recommend you to use CPM ads for such a low page views site. Instead you can use CPC ad networks. Or grow your website and when your website receive more page views go for CPM Ad networks. If you still want to give a try to best CPM ad networks then there is a link in my signature.
