what is the best CPM/CPC networks for forums?

    Hi all,

    can any of you guys give me some CPM/CPC networks that's really easy to signup with? All of my websites are Forum (VBulletin) types and they are in foreign language as well.

    I don't think there will be many good CPM networks that will accept you as you have a non English site and it's also a forums, but good luck anyway.
