It all depends what kind of site you have. If you have huge, legit site with news or something, you can get into main CPM companies. If you have small warez website, it is not that easy.

globaltakeoff, $0.04 - $0.20 ( forget it),
smowtion, $0.10 - ? ( but average $0.20, not good).
I you use any good cpm company, please give the average cpm rate.
