    I use wordpress for 90% of my websites.
    That being said other quality alternatives include expression engine, I've also heard decent things about page lime and Moto Motor but i've never personally used either.

    Joomla Is Best and Open-source,You can find a lots of joomla extensions and templates on joomla community,If You Wants further you can used Expression engine,But this is Premium Software's.

    As per my point of view Wordpress is the best open source CMS. It is the powerful tool for creating blogs and because of its popularity, it has appraised from its original purpose and today it is being used to create critical content driven web based applications.

    Magento is the very best CMS for the E-commerce websites, since it is having a plenty of customization options required for any online store. I have worked on that and its my own experience. Also you can maintain multiple stores at a time. You can also purchase extensions depending on the business requirements. So i suggest E-Commerce means Magento.

    Wow, what a question! Wordpress is the best for awesome websites and blogs. If you need a web application you probably need something like drupal...maybe joomla (not a fan of joomla though).
