What is the best chat software?

    What is the best chat software for creating password protected rooms and moderating the guys who come in and .... ?

    Please dont tell me that paltalk is the best.

    For some personal issues, I cannot use paltalk at all. So I will have to find another alternative.

    Thanks for the help.
    I downloaded and installed the program. It sounds a little bit complicated.
    But I guess it does not support voice.
    pitty I was gonna make some confrence rooms. :(
    It seems I am not lucky.
