We have a list of about 5,500 email addresses of our customer database. Some were were given to us and some were recieved through an email appending process where our database is matched with email addresses and then the matched email addresses are sent an email to confirm their subscription. What would be the best service to use for this type of list that would provide the least amount of spam folder and bounce problems and is can spam compliant? Thanks
