    Well, that depends upon different countries.
    Like in India BSNL is good. :)
    Can't say its best. As it also got little errors.

    Yep BSNL is far better compared to other providers,
    both on cost and quality considerations.
    But acquiring an BSNL broadband connection is a gruelsome task.

    Hoping the new-age connections like Tata Photon and Reliance Netconnect will become more affordable to us.

    I vote for BSNL....their Service is good.
    But their Billing system is too bad.
    For the past 4 months,i am getting wrong bills....
