    Get something that look clean. Magazine type of blog works well.

    Without knowing more about the content, your target market, your business plan, the atmosphere you want to build on the site etc it's virtually impossible to say "this theme meets your needs". If you can't tell us that then you're probably better off doing the leg work yourself.

    Do you have your content in place already? I just picked up a theme for my blog but I dont know how it would look on your health blog. The name of the theme is blog-fever.
    PS. It's free and has support. You did not mention if you are looking for a free theme or a paid theme. So..?

    Pick whatever theme you want as long as it holds the viewer's attention. Try the colors blue, green or red for addition. You don't want to have a blog with just white background and black text.
